I found a John Maynard in the 1840 and 1850 Lawrence County, Rome Township (Ohio) Census. Does anyone know more about this family? I have not been able to find them after that.

John Maynard
1 male 5-10 years
1 male 30-40 years
1 female 20-30 years
1 female 70-80 years

1850
John Maynard 46 born NC
Sarah 34 born VA
Tilamuld Darling 16 born VA

I know the people in the household do not match up but the ages for John and Sarah fit. I am looking for a John Maynard from Ohio with a son Christopher born about 1855 +/_.
