That 1910 Census page is difficult to read. Here's what information I'm able to make out from the household where he lived:

Plaius Road, Willoughby Township (not in Willoughby Village), Lake County, OH; April 20 & 21, 1910

Head of Household: Downing, William P. / Male / White / 60 / POB: Ohio / FPOB: NY / MPOB: Connecticut / Language: English / Occupation: Farmer (home farm) / able to read and write

Downing, Jennifer / Wife / Female / White / 49 / POB: Ohio / FPOB: NY / MPOB: NY / Occupation: none / English / able to read and write

Downing, Mabel / Daughter / Female / White / 25 / POB, MPOB, FPOB: all OHIO / all else is same

Downing, Esther / Daughter / Female / White / 17 / in school / all else is same

Downing, T ---- / Son / Male / White / 13 /in school / all else same

Can't make out next name / possibly step-daughter / Female / White / 9 / in school / POB: Ohio / FPOB: Nebraska / MPOB: Ohio / able to read and write

Newton, George C. / Father in law / Male / White / 76 / POB: Ohio / FPOB: Scotland / MPOB: New York / Language: English / Occupation: none / able to read, write
