Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Painesville Public Library (Lake Co., Oh.) has all the old local newspapers on micro film dating back to the very early 1800's. Most of the deaths are indexed so you shouldn't have a problem finding what your looking for. LCGS is also located at the Pville. library if your interested in other material such as... wills, births, deaths & mar.
