Hello,

I do not know where the name Salida came from, but there is a Salida Road. It is located in Mentor on the lake. The road is located off of Andrews Road. If you are heading North on Andrews Road it is the 2nd to last street on the left before you hit Lake Erie. There is an elementary school on it, which is now called Lake Elem.
