Mount Vernon Tuberculosis Sanitarium

Can anyone direct me where to find records for patients from the old Mt Vernon Tuberculosis Sanitarium. My grandmother was there at some point in the 1920s and was trying to learn more. She returned home and died in 1926. Was this a state funded facility? I saw where there was a 100 anniversary talk given on the old sanitarium back in 2009. I would love to get in touch with whomever gave the talk.
