d. 25 Oct 1991, Knox Co OH (Cert. 075074)
Mother: Millie Russell (from birth record)
Father: ______ Childers?

Father's surname listed on death certificate, but no first name.

Anyone know where Thomas was buried? (I already checked Find-A-Grave, Knox Co OH Genweb, etc.)

Anyone have an obit? (I can't find it via Ancestry.com, ObitsArchive, NewspaperArchive, etc.)

He's not listed in the SSDI, so I don't know the town in Knox Co OH.
