Well, it would be nice if our needles were in the same haystack :) I have a Miller / Baker marriage that almost drove to me the asylum for years but finally got a breakthrough. Mine kind of go like this Elmina Miller (married a Baker) b. 1818 Marion Co. Ohio. Henry Miller 1793 VA d. Berlin Twsp Knox. Co. Ohio m 1817 Monongalia Co. VA to Rebecca Jackson. Peter Miller b. 1759 Bergen Co. New Jersey d. Monongalia Co. WV married 1785 in NY to Mary Miller (yep another Miller).
These Millers ended up as church of the Brethern in Ohio and I don't know if that was because of the Bakers family connection or if they were member from way back. The brethern church is a help and a hinderance....not a lot of records. My Millers were around Belrlin and members of the owl creek bhurch of the brethern.
If you think there is any connection please contact me.
