Hi Paula, thanks so much for taking the time to look up the Mathews information for me. It helped a lot! I did not have Jane and family's burial location, nor the names of Joseph's siblings. Now if I only had Jane A.'s parents names. I have looked for a male Jones marrying a female Miller in a variety of places on the Internet but it's the proverbial needle in a haystack, tho I think it's possible her mother's name was Jane. Did I mention before that Jane A. is actually Amanda Jane?

My husband's line is where the Jones/Miller's come in. Both families are originally from Maryland. Otho and Eleanor Porter Miller were married in Baltimore County, in 1806, relocating to Coshocton and Licking Counties. Their descendants wound up in Knox, Coshocton and Licking.

We would be interested in learning more about your Miller ancestors.

Many thanks again,
