There were 11 children of John Yocum and Sarah Davis. Two of their children were 3rd great-grandparents of mine. David and his sister, Jane Yocum who married Allen Jeffries Priest. I have a very extensive tree on all of the Yocum children. If you need anymore info, let me know.

Also, I plan to check out Dungeon Hollow this weekend. Appreciate the GPS coordinates. Have never used my GPS that way...but will learn....

David, born: 21 Aug 1821 Died: 16 July 1888 died of TB, His father, John, also died of TB

Philip, born: 21 June 1823 Died: 28 Nov 1897

Mary E., born: 16 May 1825 Died: 04 Feb 1885

Jane, born: 06 June 1827 Died: 15 Oct 1905

Hannah, born: 04 June 1829 Died: 04 July 1911 died of old age, paralysis and pneumonia

John, born: 19 April 1831 Died: 30 January 1915 died of suppression of urine, as a result of burns received in his house fire on the 28th of January.

Alfred, born: 02 Aug 1833 Died: June 1860

Sarah, born: 15 June 1836 Died: unknown

Elizabeth A., born: 23 March 1838 Died: 29 Dec 1880

Louisa Elizabeth, born: 16 Sept 1840 Died: 07 March 1892

Silas Elias, born: 25 Nov 1842 Died: 23 May 1919 died of a stroke
