Leamon W. Martin/ Ohio Militia 1867

Hi Guys,
I've seen an article on digitalshoebox.org that has my great-great grandfather, Leamon (Leman) Wherry Martin (1843--1929), on the roster of the Ohio Militia in 1867, in Cross Creek. (this was listed in a Pioneer Days program.)
I've got him in Jefferson County, Ohio censuses of 1850, 1860, 1880, 1900, 1910 and 1920---the only one I don't have is 1870. I seem to lose track of Leamon from 1860 to 1870. I need help to see if he was in the military between those years. Are there Ohio Militia rosters somewhere? I have already checked Ancestry.Com. Somebody got his information somewhere to put in that program. Thanks for any help in advance. Sue
