Information that was given to me would assume that Andrew was related to Enoch and Randal.
Mary Baxter
The estate was settled in Gallia Co., with Randal Russell appointed administrator.
Asa Gleason, Reuben W. Holcomb, and Gaius Niles appointed apppraisers on April 20, 1831.
Mary's heirs were named July 18, 1833 as Andrew Russell's heirs, Rachel Tharp, Fountain Russell's heirs, and Calphurnia Baxter.
Previous to the death of Mary Baxter, Randal Russell per his account July 20, 1831.
Mary Baxter asked him to travel to North Carolina to retrieve a small interest from her father's estate. They agreed to split what he retrieved and half of the traveling expenses. He said he traveled last October (1830?). He retrieved $112, deducted $10 for traveling expenses and $3 for legal expenses. Mary died before he gave her the money and deposed he owed the estate $49.50.
Andrew, Rachel, and Fountain are thought to be children of Reuben Russell and Mary "Polly" Riddle who married July 23, 1807 in Gallia Co. by Samuel William Blagg. Reuben is thought to have been a son of Enoch and Ruth (Riddle) Russell.
Note: Randal Russell and wife Martha Graham named one of their sons Reuben A.
Mary "Polly" Riddle Russell apparently married a Baxter and may have been the mother of Calphurnia/California Baxter.
Rachel Russell b abt 1810 married Zaus Tharp March 01, 1829 in Gallia Co. According to a Tharp researcher she and husband went to Indiana where Zaus Tharp took guardianship of a California Baxter in Nov. of 1840 in Boone Co., Indiana.
By 1860 Zaus and Rachel Tharp were living in Missouri and died in Grundy Co., Missouri, buried North Evans Cemetary.

In 1804 the land grant of Drury Smith mentions Kellam's line and Russell's line.
Enoch Russell lives next door to Drury Smith. Humphrey Brooks may also have some connection to Enoch Russell.
William Russell in Rockingham Co., NC lists his wife as Rachel, who is reported to have been daughter of John Smith.
