Blue, Grinnell, Haynor, Hicks, Wood, connected to GW Sparks of Huron CO
This is really sketchy!
Sarah Jane Hicks or Wood married a Haynor, had a daughter who married a Blue and had a son, Frank.
I think Sarah Jane is a Hicks and if so, would have been born sometime near 1800. If she is a Wood, it would be more like 1820 for her birth.
It's most of what I have, and I can't even tell you a state, except that it's most like in New England. RI, MA, CT, NY, and DE have all been mentioned as Hope's birthplace.
The other info is that Lydia is a sister to Hope/Hepsey (b. 1794)Hicks. Hope m.Sam Grinnell ca 1818, probably NY.His family was in Farmington, but he seems to be elsewhere. they were later in Orleans/Genesee Cos, NY.
Then it says Lydia m. a Wood.
Then it says William
Amos,
then Sarah Jane.
Some days it looks like William, Amos, and SJ are Wood, and others, Hicks.
This is all from a great-aunt who wrote it down in the 1930s.
