Hello, I tried looking for the information that you wanted since I was going to the library anyway. I did not find a 13 Sept 1861 issue at the library on microfilm in the Norwalk Weekly Reflector. I checked other dates and did not find what you are looking for. I even tried another Norwalk paper, Norwalk Experiment. When I get there again, I will look again. It did state at the death index at Hayes the father was Amherst Wells. In our cemetery book, it lists at the East Norwalk Cemetery, Norwalk Twp., Huron County, Ohio: Wells, Willie Amherst, s/o?( says w/o in book) A & H Wells, d 22 Aug 1861 age 11m 15d (illegible verse) Also, the next stone, Wells, Amherst, d 17 Oct 1866 age 21y 6m In memory of. I would have to actually check the stones for any further information. Maybe this helps a little, Shirley Hazelwood, Huron County, Ohio
