Huron County Genealogical Society

Need to know where the genealogical society is located and their hours of operation. Do you have to be a member to use their records? What is the county seat for Huron County and where would Probate Court records be found; i.e. birth, marriage, death, wills, etc.? Planning to be in that area next week and would like to see if I can learn more about some people who lived in Norwalk in the mid 1800's into the 1900's. Any information would be most welcome. Can anyone recommend a library that would have genealogical material?

Thanks,

Melanie
