Geo. Runyan publisher, "The New London Record"

George Runyan was b. 1851 in Ohio. according to the 1880 census of New London, Huron Co., Ohio:
George W. Runyan HH, male, white, 20, b. Ohio
Occ: Printer, father b. NY, mother b. NY.
Carrie Runyan, wife, female, white, 29, Ohio,
Occ: keeping house, father b. OH, mother b. VT.
Lena Runyan, daughter, female, single, white, 4, OH.
father OH, mother,OH.

We have been informed that George was the publisher of "The New London Record."

We have in our line, Edwin Runyan who married Alida Love. In the 1860 census of New London, Huron Co., Ohio we found them as residents. He was killed in the Civil War at Stone's Creek. We understand that he had three brothers in the same area who were all in the war..they include William H. Runyan wounded at Clark's Hollow, Myron B. wounded at Clark's hollow, and James M. wounded at Anahiam. We believe George W. Runyan may have been a relative of this family. Pictures of these brothers appear among others who were New London soldiers in the Civil War, and they were presented by George W. Runyan.
Can anyone help me verify any of this information? Is the New London Record still published? If not, can anyone tell me how to find their archives?
Any help will be appreciated.
Shirley
