Here's a bit of info.

COMMON PLEAS FINAL RECORD, 30 Jan 1865, Partition of Real Estate
John CLUM d intestate on 18 Jan 1856 leaving NW 1/4 of S38 T 15 R 11 [Paint Twp] less 50 acs sold to Henry STAHL.
Heirs each to receive 1/10th: Joseph & Samuel CLUM, Tuscarawas Co; John CLUM, Williams Co OH; Elisa CLUM, Holmes Co; David CLUM, Williams Co OH; Maria CLUM, Williams Co OH; Jacob CLUM, Williams Co OH; Harvey & Mary RINEHART, David & Polly SIMPSON, Williams Co OH;

Widow, Frances SWAN entitled to dower.

Was the transcriber was day dreaming?...I think her name should be Frances CLUM. I doubt she remarried...she was 72 b MD, 1850 Paint Twp; John was 77 b MD.
Be cautious with your research. John did not have a wife 1830 Holmes Co

9-24-1836 Margaret - Henry RINEHART
6-11-1829 Jemima - Levi SWAN
4-4-1844 Mary - David SIMPSON

You should find this site useful with other research, as'll find more CLUM & SWAN marriages. Use batch #M514441...increase the last # to advance to later yrs.

John CLUM's Holmes Co land patent. Holmes was formed 1824 from Wayne/Tuscarawas/Coshocton Cos.

Paint Twp is bordered to N by Wayne Co; to the E by Stark & Tuscarawas Cos.
