Cemetery Internment Books - Shrimplin Cemetery

Does anyone have access to cemetery internment books for Shrimplin Cemetery? I am looking to see if Sarah E Butler Riggs Gardner was interred there. Her mother and father John and Catherine Rodeheaver Butler and her 1st husband J. L. Riggs is buried next to her mother. She would have died after 1891 and before 1900. Her second husband W. S. Gardner died in California. I have been to the cemetery and found mother, father, and husband. Next to the husband is a blank concrete like slab flat in the ground with no upright stone or any writing. Any help appreciated. Can be contacted at
