Do you have a year of birth for Susannah?
Below are the names and births - children of Elizabeth Miner (b.1790)/Andrew Woods(b. 1791).
Anna Woods Shaw 1829
Lydia 1832
Ephraim 1834
Margaret 1836
Benjamin 1838
William 1843
Samuel 1845
Andrew ?
Elizabeth 1855
There may have been another child between Anna and Lydia. Andrew's birth between Samuel and Elizabeth is a long stretch but can't find children born in that span. Andrew was born before 1860 and between Samuel and Elizabeth.
Hope this helps a bit.
I'm thinking as you are thinking that Susannah is a niece to Ephraim or could be of another last name who married a Woods before marrying Smith. There was a Smith family who lived next to John Carnes (a relaative to Margaret Carnes Woods-Ephraim's wife) 1850, Hocking, Ward tsp. census and Anna Woods Shaw and husband John Shaw (sister to Ephraim)_ The Smith Family had a son James born in 1849. Andrew and Elizabeth lived in the same ward with the above children. Anna is the only child of Andrew and Margaret I have found who married and moved out.
