I checked the marriage index for the years 1818-1880, and found the record for Samuel Phillips to Mary Jarvis in book C page 368. There were no Lathan or Lathin names in the index. Sorry.

51 E. Main Street, Logan, Ohio 43138 Please send a SASE and $1.00. This record does not give parents names.
