Hi Pam,
I looked through my birth index and found there is a James Wright listed in book 1, page 076. The index does not have the township, or parents listed. He was born in 1871.

These can be ordered from the Records Dept. in the Court House Annex, if desired. The lady would make you copies for $2.00 that has all of the data that was recorded at the time.
The address is Records Depository, 51 E Main St., Logan, Oh 43138.
