Hi Kay,

I am looking for the burial location of a John BAIRD. He enlisted 04 August 1861. His rank was Private- and his age listed at enlistment was 41-( but was actually not accurate). He was enlisted in the B Co. 31st Inf. Reg. OH He was discharged with a disability at Camp Shiloh, TN on 09 May, 1862. The Pension application date was 02 October, 1878, and the # was 261133. The relationship listed -was self.

There was a Widow's Pension application date of 22 Nov., 1895 filed by his widow Mary Baird. The # was 624071- state of OH.

This family resided in Ward Twp., Hocking Co., OH.in 1880. John was age 58 in 1880.

Any help would be appreciated!

Sue Moyer
