The town of Longstreth is in Southeast Hocking County...east of a town called Carbon Hill...Carbon Hill is on route 278...Longstreth is just a small place...blink and you miss it...it was a coal mining town started by a Longstreth...I did go to the cemetery...its east of town on the left at a right curve...left down a mans drive left of the last house...has about ten or so graves but I saw no Longstreths in it...Carbon Hill has a large one...I didn't have time to explore it...I talked to a number of people there...well two anyway but they didn't know much either...It does have a Church...it is an old converted school house...I have not made it back to the county seat of Logan yet...my library doesn't have any info on it at all...my name was originally Longstreth also...
