Lutheran Baptisms, Moorefield 1840-1850

Hi Folks,

Just looking for some guidance to find some early Lutheran Baptisms in the area 1840-1850. Wondered if a Paul Miller Ruff's book: Zion Lutheran Church, Germano, German Township, Harrison County, Ohio : parish records, 1805-1945 / would be a good start.

Searching for the children of a Moorefield family; Peter Spring & Elizabeth Toland, married in Caroll in 1840 and then went on to have Benjamin b. abt 1841, Martha b. abt 1842, John & Thomas b. abt 1844 and Gabriel b. abt 1849. The family then moved to Jefferson, Tuscarawas before 1850.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
