tombstones removed for Tappan Lake

I am a descendant of Philip Bridgman and Sarah A. Carnes whose tombstones were loose in cemetery in Deersville, Harrison, OH in 1989. We contacted the caretaker of the cemetery and he assured us they would be erected. When we returned several years later, Philip's stone was grown into a tree and SArah's was by tree. The stones were behind Margaret Wager's stone.

I am wondering if anyone knows what happened to those stones as another descendant who lives in Dover, OH could not find them!!

Also, does anyone know if they were moved into that cemetery when the Tappan Lake was build. I know that often times those cemetery stones are removed and placed somewhere else. The logical place would have been in Deersville as the Bridgman and Carnes lived near there. One of the girls, Anna Bridgman who married John Vickers is buried in that cemetery.

Any help would be appreciated.
