I suspect that Ruth Ann FRAME, b. 1818, may have had parents in Harrison County, and may even have been born there. She married Elisha NEWLIN sometime before 1838, when their first child was born...a second child, also born in Ohio in 1840.....they then, apparently moved to Chester County, PA, where Elish had been born into an old Quaker family.....they lived in Chester till around 1855, when they again moved to OHIO....Belmont county, and Elisha died before the 1860 census.
I'm interested in ANY FRAMEs in the area....the 1830 Harrison Co census shows a George FRAME had a girlchild under 10, so he is a definate "maybe"....but would like to hear of ANY Frames there, in that timeframe.
