I found the following obituary/death notice and have been a bit stumped since then:
"APOPLEXY IS FATAL
Mrs. Sarah Ellen Hart Dies Suddenly In Biglick Township
As the result of a sudden stroke of apoplexy, Mrs. Sarah Ellen Hart died Thursday morning. She had been apparently in the best of health and death came as a great shock to the family.
She was a daughter of Emanuel Altman of Wilson street. She is survived by four children, one of whom is a week-old baby, and her husband.
The funeral will be held from the family home Saturday morning at ten o'clock. The body of the young mother will be given its last resting place in the Alspach cemetery." THE MORNING REPUBLICAN COURIER obituary/death notice, Findlay, Oh., Sun?, 5 May 1911 A.D., pg. 6
Using several methods online, I have tried to find Sarah Ellen Altman Hart's husband and children. Unfortunately, I have failed. Now, I figure, my best bet might be to find her death certificate. Would her death certificate be on file in the Hancock County health department?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
