Where do I Look

I am trying to find the burial or a death certificate for Euclid Rhoades, who died before March 1, 1905. She was enumerated at 117 Marshall St, Findlay, Ohio, in the 1900 census with her husband John Rhoades. Death records seem to be a bit elusive before 1912 in Hancock Co. Euclid, has no known headstone, so no cemetery transcription has her. They were probably so poor that a headstone could not be afforded. John Rhoades moves to Iowa March 1, 1905 & marries in Iowa Feb 25, 1906. He enters Findlay, Ohio as his previous residence, on his Iowa marriage regestration. So I am guessing that is where Euclid died. Their 1900 residence, 117 Marshall St., is only blocks away from the three main cemeteries in Findlay. Is it possible that these cemeteries would have data on unmarked burials for 1904 - 1905? If they would be available, how would I contact them? Also, where would I find a death certificate for that same time period for Euclid?
