YOu may have to look for other sources, since I don't think the birth records go back that far. The only way I know my grandfather's birthday in January 1867 in Hancock County was through his DEATH CERTIFICATE, an entry in his wife's "Birthday Book", a family Bible, and the papers from his funeral. I'm sure the funeral home had records, too. Many Ohio death certificates are listed online, by the way, by the Ohio HIstorical Society and you can get copies from them. Good luck!
