Ed, Thank you for replying. The Adam Myers that is in my line is probably not in your wife's line but I wouldn't mind talking to her anyway. In North Bend there was a Myers in the early days but not from my family. That Myers may be connected to the Guard line because the Guard's were pioneers in North Bend. They were the third or fourth group to come after Symmes got there. The other two or three groups were also part of the Guard family; Gershom Gard and his family, then Captain James Keen and his family, and finally Alexander Guard, his family and others. Although her Myers is probably not connected to my actual family line, her Guard line might be connected to my husband's line and I have been doing a lot on that also. Does she have anything also on side ancestors? like Flinchpaugh, Winters, Hoffman, etc.? My email address is: guard_m@fuse.net I would still like to talk with her. THanks, Melba
