Am researching the Cooley families that originated in the 1800's in Garrard Co, Ky.
1860 Census Mother: Mary age 48children: William age 28,Armilda age 24, Martha 22, Elizabeth 18,Sally 15,Malsena 13, and James 6
Elizabeth married James/John McCoy and had 2 known daughters Mary 1879 and Lydia 1883.
Malcena married James Grady and had 6 children
William may of married Sarah Eubanks in 1896
James H (Harvey) married Martha Long and had 3 children Willie 1879, Clara 1881 or 1883 and a baby girl we believe to be named Ellen born Oct 1886. At the time of her birth they lived in Douglas Co, Missouri and Martha passed after the babys birth.
James remarried Josephine Elmore and they had
George(m) Myrtle Bryant, lived in Ohio
John (m) Lynn Hoskins, lived in Ohio
Thomas (m) Veora or Veona they lived in Tenn.
Anna (m) ? Talbott who lived in Oldham Co,Ky
James passed away in 1907 Josie in 1925? they are buried in the Stringtown Cem in Garrard Co,ky
