I am looking for a death certificate for my great-grandfather, Andrew (Andy)Riley. He was born in 1868 in Ohio and died between 1927 and 1930. I always thought he died in Campbell Co, KY, because he was living there in 1920 and his remarried widow and sons were still there in 1930.
Someone suggested I try Hamilton Co, OH since it's just across the river.
Information on the death certificate might include:
Father: Edward Riley
Mother: Elizabeth Rachel Hastings
Widow: Lydia Pearl Riley
Birthplace: Could say Clermont or Brown County, Ohio,or possibly Kentucky. He was born in Ohio, but census records usually say Kentucky.
Others have tried to find this for me, but haven't had any success. If you know of someplace else I can contact, please let me know.
