Tabor Washburn

In my family tree some are listing one Tabor Washburn.
In 1791 he was found in the Town(ship) of Dorset, Bennington County, VT, with two small boys and "Three free white females" (wife and two daughters, Lorry and Sophia).
One family history book states that Tabor left Vermont for Hamilton County, OH.
In 1796-97, one Tabor Washburn was listed as the Commissioner's Clerk in Hamilton County, OH.
On November 17, 1797, one Tabor Washburn was married in Hamilton County, OH, to Nancy Wilcox, by J. P. Aaron Canwell, North Bend.
After Stephen (born 1734 CT) and Martha Washburn named their son, Tabor Washburn, the name "Tabor" appears in following generations in other households.
Can someone please tell me which of these Tabor Washburns lived in Hamilton County,OH, in 1796-97? MaryLu in Minnesota
