Hello friends, I am searching for relatives of 1/Lt Joseph F. Pickerel(born in 1923) of Hamilton County, OH, shot down and wounded in action in North Italy on April 19, 1945. He was a P-47 fighter pilot in 347th Fighter Squadron, 350th Fighter Group. My desire is to obttain a photo of this brave airman that fought for the liberation of my country.
