OK, the library is back in shape -- or at least getting that way.
I found a Patrick Kerr,laborer at 389 West 8th St in 1866 and I found a marriage record for a Patrick Carr and Bridget Connally on 9 Oct 1864 at St Peter in Chains cathedral in the Restored Hamilton County Marriages 1860-1869.
Have no clue as to whether this is your Patrick or if Mary and Bridget could be the same person.
Birth records for that time are difficult to find. Not much available. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
