To my surprise there were quite a few Orrs in Cincinnati.

I checked the city directories for 1858, 1859, and 1860 thinking his parents would be in there somewhere. I'll just give you the names -- then is nothing like FNU but perhaps something will ring a bell.

1858
Arthur, Mrs Eliza J, E. M., Geo., James H, John W, G. J. W., Robert, Robert W, Thomas H, Wm., W H, (Suppose Eliza J was the mother? The entire entry is Mrs Eliza J, boards 166 Elm.)

1859
Arthur, D., E.M., Elmira, George P, J. W., Jacob, Jas P.,
James E, James W, John W, Joshua W, Mrs Mary, Robert, Thos., Thos. H, Wm., Wm., Wm.

1860
A, E.M., Geo P., Mrs Eliza J, J. W., James, James, James, Jame H, James P, John, John W, Joshua, Joshua W, Robt, Robert, Thos H., Wm, Wm, Wm. M., Wm. Y.

The only other information given here is their profession and their street address. If that would help or if you just want copies of the pages, please send your postal address to ofhmhe@aol.com within the next couple days.

I did look for a marriage about that time period but the marriage records are sketchy because of a fire at the court house. I didn't find them but that doesn't mean a log.

If you can think of any other way I can help, let me know.
