My Elliott family was in Guernsey co., Oh in early 1800's, and I remember seeing the Berry family in records there. In fact, I think a John Elliott sold to a Berry family member. My grgrandmother was Ann elliott, b ca 1814, dau of John Elliott, b Ireland ca 1786, and in 1850 Guernsey Co census, living with Emm, and her husband James Mullin. My maiden name is Mullin. (John's middle initial is E., according to 1850 census. I have been to many of those counties of southeastern Ohio, trying to discern which of the many families by that name are mine.
