1830 Guernsey Co. census

Does someone have access to the 1830 census of Guernsey Co.? I have found the Index listed on line but not the census with numbers etc.
John Jackson 1796-1842 is supposed to be in Guernsey Co. in 1830 and then in Fayette Co in 1840.
There is a John Jackson listed in the census , page 395, Fairview. I have not been able to find the actual listing with corresponding numbers. I need to know if this is my John Jackson or an imposter?!#$?

Can anyone check or provide an on-line location for the 1830 census.
Thanks.
Steve Cronau
