I hope that you check back with this thread!

I had believed that my Anna Amelia Trott was the daughter of Thomas Henry Trott and his wife Rebecca Anne Spaid, not the Leah Emma Leffler that you mention. Also the dates that I have for mine were a bit off from yours. I had his birthdate as 12-11-1845 not the 12-29-1836 and mine's death date as 10-10-1916 not 3-12-1917. Mine was, however, in Guernsey Co., because Anna Amelia was born there in 1882, in Pleasant City.

Were there 2 Thomas Henrys? This is not my direct line so I have not tried to go any further back on either person. Anna Amelia married my my great grand uncle John Albert Urwin and had 2 children. She had another child by another man prior to her marriage to my gr-grand uncle. That child's name was Homer Trott. Since the child carries her maiden name, I do not know if she was married to this other man or not.

Does any of this ring any bells with you?
