Finley's in Cambridge, Guernsey Co.

I am looking for information on a family found in the 1900 census in Cambridge. They are John Finley b. March 1852, his wife Annie, b. June 1865, children John, b. July, 1885, Julia, b. January 1895, Adam, b.October 1896, Bert b. Dec. 1898, Bertha, b. December 1989, & Carl b. April, 1900.
I am trying to determine if Annie is part of a family I am researching. I have a will for Julia Sigman which lists one daughter as Anna Finley. I have a marriage license for an Annie Sigman & John Finley who were married March 10, 1885 (four months before the first child in this census was born). Annie's age doesn't quite match, I have her at about 1859, but of course some women lied about their ages, or just error so I can't just rely on that. They are living on the same street as my Anna's brother & sister.
I have not been able to trace any of these children so far.
If you have any information on this family, please let me know. Thanks.
