BROWN in Birmingham, OH, 1830s/40s
I have an Ira Baker BROWN "of Birmingham in the State of Ohio" who married Martha Abigail HOPKINS on 9 Dec 1853 in Detroit, MI.There are at least four Birminghams in Ohio (in Erie, Guernsey, Coshocton, and Lucas Cos.), and I don't know which Birmingham Ira is from.
Ira's parents were Willard BROWN (b. 1806/7, NH) and Mary [BAKER?] (b. 1808/9, NY).They moved from New York to Ohio some time between 1834 and 1838, then moved to Barry Co., MI, some time between 1847 and 1850.
