Benjamin Pugh 1764-1833 and William Pugh 1805-1878

I'm searching for a Benjamin Pugh who was born 1764 and died in 1833 and was married to Margaret unknown; think they may have died in Ohio.

The Benjamin and Margaret Pugh that I'm searching for had a son William Pugh born in 1805 in Virginia, Fredrick County.
But it is possible that he was born in Pennsylvania.

Their son, William and his wife Elizabeth were married in Greene County, Ohio in 1835. They had the following children: George, Benjamin, Margaret, Salinda, Lydia, William H., Hyram, and Mary. They had another daughter
Arizona who was born in Iowa.
