Wooley spellings many Greene, Shelby,Ohio

Last found my Grandparent Daniel Lee Woolley ( or any spelling thereof) b August 12, 1878, don't know anything about him after 1937 when family home was sold on court steps(that's what it was called). Don't know if by default, Grandmother had passed away earlier c. 1934.

Daniel is said to have remarried, but don't know to whom or where. I am wondering if anyone could help, I live out of state and since my stroke don't know that I will be able to research other than this way now.

I believe on 1920 cenus, his last child with my Grandmother was not listed, I don't know what time of year the census was taken or if not listed due to age of child. They were then found to be living in Lima, Shelby county, Ohio. Believe he was listed as Lee D Wooley. No one ever talked about him, I would like to know what happened!!!I am the olest generation now, the rest of the family is gone, I only just learned this much from a now deceased cousin.

His parents were George H & Rebecca Elizabeth Neal, Woolley or Wooley as records show where they were finally laid to rest. My Grandmother & GG-grandfather were with George & his wife, though it was not where they were originally buried.

Can anyone help in any way?

Last Iheard he had gone to Toledo, & vanished from there.
