James and Rosannah (Phillips) White of Middlefield

Seeking anyone who can provide me with information about James White (1821-1865, died Civil War) and his wife Rosannah Phillips (1823-1893), my 2nd great-grandparents.

I have tried, unsuccessfully, to contact a well-known historian in Middlefield and I visited the local Historical Society a couple of years ago. I found names of their children in a book about the White family by a Geauga County resident. But even with her help, I have so far been unable to locate any other descendants, some of whom may still reside in the area (youngest son Walzo was my great-grandfather):

Elizabeth (1844-1925) m. Alanson HAMILTON
Lucy (1845-1921) m. 1) Bernard PATCHIN; 2) Peter FALES
Albert (1847-?) m. Alice ARMSTRONG
Cordelia (1849-1884) m. Benjamin BOWER
Alice (1851-1923) m. Augustus ATWOOD
Rozetta Marilla (1854-?) m. Canfield WHITNEY
Emma (1857-?) m. Eugene JACQUES/JAQUES
Walzo Allen (1861-1936) m. 1) Lillie HUGHES of Huntsburg and 2) Millie LEGGETT.

Rosannah White's parents were John and Salome (Spindler) Phillips / Philips - also seeking information about them, originally from Washington Co PA then to Youngstown area in 1830's. John Phillips died c. 1878 and is buried in Middlefield with 2nd wife Mary Ann (Duncan?).

James White's Civil War pension file reveals a sad state of affairs for him. I have pictures of the beautiful Civil War Cemetery in Louisville KY where he is buried. His premature death left his wife to raise their several small children by herself and I have a nice biographical sketch about her, written ca. 1893. I'm especially seeking anyone who might have photographs they'd be willing to share of this family.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
