My ggg grandfather was William Leander Hutchinson, his son Alfred Ross had William Hutchinson(my g grandfather)b-1889. At some point before 1910, he left Ohio, ending up in Kanawha Co.,WV, also in route changing his last name to Long. We have always been told that he had gotten into a knife fight at a pie social, and fearing that the law would not be in his favor, fled. I would like to learn more about this family, and possibly get into contact with any descendents. William had a brother Ora(Uncle Alfred), Arnet, sister Mary O'dell(Aunt Dell). Back in the late 1960's, we visited Aunt Dell in Weston, Ohio. I was just a young boy, and dont recall much about her, other than she was quite old at the time. My grandmother cannot recall what Aunt Dell's married name was, or much about the rest of the family.
