I am a friend of Sandy Seifert Parsons. She was born in
1966 at Columbus Ohio Memorial Hospital. Her mother gave her up for adoption that day. The birth cert. says only
"Baby girl Seifert" Her mother attended OSU at the time.
She does not know her fathers Surname. The records by law of adoption were sealed, she was adopted thru the probate Court of Franklin County Probate Court. The Adoption was filed on Jan,11th 1966 and the attending obstetrician was FC Hugenberger. Her mother was originally from N.Y.

Father: DOB:1943, Nationality AM/White, Religion-Protestant, College Student, Marital Status-Single,Height-6'2,Weight 145 lbs.,Blonde Hair, Blue eyes, and Fair Complexion.
Adoption was filed on Jan,11th 1966 - Franklin County Probate Court
Columbus Ohio at Grant memorial Hospital on May 18th 1965
Obstetrician was FC Hugenberger
