Sarah Timmons Juett/Jewett

I am trying to find the parents of Sarah Timmons who married David Juett/Jewett abt Dec 1817. She was born abt 1801 in Delaware and died in 1825 in either Highland County or Fayette County, Ohio. She had two sons, James T. and Joseph Fletcher Juett born in Fayette County 1818 and 1823, and her husband remarried in Fayette County, Ohio in 1826.
I have not been able to find any conclusive documentation for this family. David is found on the 1820 Federal Census in three different areas of Ohio but none of the entries match the family group that I know of. The David Jewitt found in Union, Fayette County, Oh has an extra male child under the age of ten and an extra male child between ages 16 and 18. There are a few Timmons family groups living nearby. James Timmons is the closest and is of an age, as far as I can tell, to be Sarah's father as is the woman of the household. Both are over 45 years of age. There are others, Anders or Andrew, John, Thomas, and John H. all except the last - John H. - are perhaps old enough if they are closer to 45 than 26. So far all the family files I have found fail to list an unmarried Sarah born around 1801 or one married to David Juett/HoweverYouWanttoSpellIt. Other than my own that is.
I hope someone has information for this lady who is my GGGGrandmother. Thank you.
