Rachel Huttle b. abt. 1790 in Saumsville, Shenandoah Co., Virginia. Rachel m. John Geil on Jan 10, 1826 in Fairfield Co., OH. John, b. 1806 in North Berne, Fairfield Co., Ohio was the son of Jacob Geil, Jr. and Elizabeth Beery. Jacob, Jr. was the son of Jacob, Sr. and Anna Clymer. Elizabeth was, of course, the daughter of Nicholas Beery and Mary Keller. Rachel and John died in Iowa.
Rachel's parents were Daniel Huttle b. 1763 d. 1843 Fairfield County, Ohio and Mary Biedler b. abt 1768 Pennsylvania d. abt 1848 Putnam County, OH.
There are three Daniel Huddles (no Hottle, no Huttle) in Shenandoah Co., VA in 1810, so I really can't give you any idea of Rachel's sibs. There is one Daniel Hottle in Rush Creek in 1820. Census lists those in the house as 2 males 0-9 years, no males 10-15 years, 1 male 16-18 years, 1 male 16-25 years, 1 male 26-44, 1 male 45 and over; 0 females 0-9 years, 1 female 10-15 years, and 1 female 16-25 years.
Daniel Hottle's parents are listed as Carl Hottle b. 22 Apr 1722 in Rotterdam, South Holland d. 16 June 1778 Shenandoah, Virginia and Barbara Funk. Marriage bet 1741 and 1746 Shenandoah, Virginia.
