I truly appreciate it. It seems apparent that I will have to travel to Fairfield county. As Maggie Cisco Beem died of diptheria 3 weeks after her son Charles Ellis the family has always believed they both got "lost" in the effort to keep legal death records. There is only an entry in the family bible for both of them. But, I am one step further back in time...I do have Maggie on the 1870 and 1860 census. Thanks again for your help.
