Am searching for information on the Matthew T. Franklin family. Matthew was born abt. 1809 either in Maryland, N.Y., or Canada (census say each). He married Margaret? in abt. 1831. His father is Matthew Franklin, from N.Y. and his occupation is a hatter. Matthew and Margaret had the following children in Ohio, maybe Delaware Co. John 1832, Thomas 1833, Louisa b. 1837, Catharine b. 1838. They then came to Missouri into Buchannan and Harrison Co. and had the following children: Manirva, 1843, William Sylvester 1845, Sarah A. 1849, Matthew 1854. The older Matthew went with them also. The older son John, came to Okla. If you can help me, please e-mail me at morgan_waldrop@sbcglobal.net. Many Thanks, Martha
