Was this your Anna Guthrie Clark? Licking is a bordering county to Delaware, and maybe she died in the hospital in Licking county. It appears from the census, that Anna died between 1915 and 1920. This was the ONLY one for an Anna Clark, in a county between 1915-1920, that was anywhere near to Delaware Co. It is hard to know when between 1910 and 1920 that Francis and his family moved to Delaware Co. There isn't even a Starr Township in Hocking Co. anymore, and there is a pretty good distance between Hocking and Delaware Co.

CLARK ANNA E
County Name: LICKING Date of Death: 4/5/1916
Volume Number: 1924 Certificate Number: 26178
